Topic: Substitute Decision-Making: The Gaps in the System

Join us for a solutions-oriented session addressing the real-world challenges of decision-making capacity and facilitating substitute decision-making. We will uncover gaps in the current system and challenges of navigating capacity assessments, POA activations, and professional responsibilities. We will ask the audience to share insights from their experiences and what keeps them up at night around these issues. You will leave with an appreciation for reducing the resulting risks to your clients, your organization, and yourself.
